Professional Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Good time management, task prioritization and organization skills
- Self learner, self-motivated, pro-active, positive, flexible, solution oriented
- Advanced Microsoft Office and English writing skills are a must
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and autocad handling are a plus
- Negotiation skills is a plus
Typical work activities
- - Data Entry and preparation of orders with suppliers
- - Following up logistics with suppliers/team
- - Tracking orders and keeping timeline
- - Benchmarking competition and preparing comparisons and reports
- - Supporting in Pre-sales documentation and submittals
- - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- - Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- - Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- - Taking minutes of meetings of sales meetings
- - Handling and managing presentations and letterheads for sales team.
- - Carrying out specific projects and research
- - Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
