Professional Qualifications

 

- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Good time management, task prioritization and organization skills
- Self learner, self-motivated, pro-active, positive, flexible, solution oriented 
- Advanced Microsoft Office and English writing skills are a must

- Photoshop, Illustrator, and autocad handling are a plus

- Negotiation skills is a plus

Typical work activities

 

  • - Data Entry and preparation of orders with suppliers
  • - Following up logistics with suppliers/team
  • - Tracking orders and keeping timeline
  • - Benchmarking competition and preparing comparisons and reports
  • - Supporting in Pre-sales documentation and submittals
  • - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • - Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • - Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  • - Taking minutes of meetings of sales meetings
  • - Handling and managing presentations and letterheads for sales team.
  • - Carrying out specific projects and research
  • - Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
